We start the refinishing process by labelling and removing all your doors from your cabinets.
Labelling your doors will help us to re-install back in to their original place.
STEP 2
Once the doors arrive to our studio we proceed to degrease the doors using commercial cleaners. After that we sand your doors with detail , we vacuum all the dust from the sanding and we start with the small repairs if needed.
A second vacuum session is applied before the next step, to make sure is clean.
STEP 3
Your doors are ready for prime.
A coat of High grade of primer is applied.Once the doors are dry, we proceed with the sanding and vacuum all the dust, at this time your doors are ready to be spray with the first coat of lacquer. Once the doors are dry we make sure Everything is perfect, our quality control is 100% of visual and contact inspection, finally we apply the finishing coat that will bring to your doors the factory reset look !!
Step 4
Once the doors are completed, we return to your kitchen for masking and preparation of the framing and paneling that will be spray on site. This part of the process takes one day.
The next day we comeback to spray and door installation, project will be completed same day.
The lacquer paint that we use is a premium quality product, waterborne coating designed for finishing a broad range of products including specifically Kitchen Cabinets, Fine furniture and Millwork. It has an excellent hiding power and provides an elegant and beautiful smooth solid colour finish for your kitchen.
Water born lacquer is a low odour and non-flammable for a safe and friendly environment, this product is certified with a low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds)
